I’m excited about seeing Shakespeare in the Park which this year is a peformance of Twelfth Night, starring Anne Hathaway (the rodeo rockstar gal in Brokeback Mountain, among other performances). The thing I’m not excited about is waiting in the stand by line that loops around the park. But, now there are other options like a virtual line where you submit your name starting 12AM the day of the performance, or putting your name in a random lottery. I hate lines, and although I’m getting used to them, being in New York, I refuse to wait hours just to see Shakespeare — I don’t care if it’s free!
