Looping NYC

I’m obsessed with home re-models projects, particularly when it comes to an old decrepit building being turned into a modern-styled one. This Harlem project intrigued me because I live fairly close to this building and people tell me that Harlem is increasingly becoming more gentrified. Neighborhoods change, that’s a fact of urban development and this building was in the family for decades, adding to the already rich history of the place.
